HOW THE WEEK CLOSES
From signed-out time to pay and bill.
One checked record feeds payroll and billing, with every exception kept visible.
Collect the week.
Digital, manual and uploaded hours land in one review queue.
- Digital timesheets, paper sheets and photo uploads arrive in the same queue.
- Hours are matched back to the shift, site and rate that was booked.
- Nothing is re-keyed — the record you approve is the record that was captured.

Confirm the hours.
Clients confirm the hours. Your team controls approval for pay.
- Clients confirm their own week through a portal link — no login to chase.
- Your team keeps final approval, so nothing reaches payroll unchecked.
- Every confirmation is stamped with who approved it and when.

Clear the blockers.
Disputes, missing rates and incomplete payroll details stay visible.
- Client queries and disputed hours are held back, not quietly approved.
- Missing rates and expiring credentials surface before the run, not after it.
- Incomplete payroll profiles are flagged while there is still time to fix them.

Pay and bill.
Approved time becomes payroll and invoices — or syncs to your engine.
- One approved record feeds the pay run and the client invoice.
- Run pay natively, or hand off to Astute, iPayroll, PayHero or IMS.
- Invoices reconcile to the same hours the client already confirmed.

WORKS WITH YOUR STACK
Pay through Workhr, or through the engine you already run.
Workhr can run pay and billing natively, or hand the approved week to the payroll your agency already pays for. Either way the hours, rates and approvals come from one record — engine routing is set per organisation.

BEFORE YOU ASK
The questions that come up first.
Do clients need a Workhr login?
No. Clients can have their own Workhr portal, or simply approve hours through a secure 48-hour email link.
What happens to a disputed hour?
It is held out of the run and stays on the exceptions list until someone resolves it. The rest of the week keeps moving.
Can we keep our existing payroll?
Yes. Workhr runs pay natively, or routes the approved week to the engine your agency already uses.
How are rates applied?
Rates are shift-aware. The rate, overtime and allowances attached to the booked shift carry through to pay and billing.
